Walmart Canada operates over 400 stores across Canada, and The Reset Team has been helping them renovate and update dozens of them since 2018.
During this complex store remodel, our experienced teams provided all the support related to fixture installation, display assembly, and shelf-level merchandising.
Working directly with Walmart’s planning department, we established phasing plans and schedules of events to maximize workflow efficiency and minimize any impact on the shoppers in this unique two-level store, ensuring the store was grand-opening ready every single day.
