MULTI-YEAR ACCESSIBILITY PLAN (AODA) – ONTARIO
Introduction
This accessibility plan outlines the policies and actions that The Reset Team Corp. (“The Reset Team”) has and will put in place to improve opportunities for people with disabilities in accordance with the requirements communicated under the Integrated Accessibility Standards, Ontario Regulation.
The AODA Multi-Year Accessibility Plan outlines achievements and actions that The Reset Team has taken and the work undertaken to improve opportunities for people with disabilities. The current plan covers the next 5 years (2024 to 2029) to align with the business goals and strategic plans.

The Reset Team is committed to treating all people in a way that allows them to maintain their dignity and independence. We believe in integration and equal opportunity. We are committed to making every reasonable effort to meet the needs of persons with disabilities with respect to the company’s programs, services and facilities by preventing and removing barriers to accessibility and meeting accessibility requirements under the Regulation and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act., 2005.

Accessibility Plan Review
The Reset Team’s plan will be reviewed annually and updated as required based on current information and legislation, with updates occurring no less than every 5 years.
Standards of Accessibility
General
- We train every employee as soon as practicable after being hired with both online and in-person courses
- Management is instructed to consider AODA when creating or modifying policies and procedures.
- Training is updated as needed
Information and Communication Standards
- Our website has been updated to comply with AODA standards to improve Accessibility.
- Communication with customers is available over the phone or email.
Employment Standards
The Reset Team is committed to ensuring that reasonable accommodations are made available to persons with disabilities during the recruitment, assessment, and selection processes and, in consultation with job applicants, provide reasonable accommodations upon request.
Customer Service Standards
The Reset Team uses responsible effort to ensure that its policies, practices and procedures are consistent with the following principles:
- Goods or services are provided in a manner that respects the dignity and independence of persons with disabilities.
- Persons with disabilities are given an opportunity equal to that given to others to obtain, use and benefit from the goods or services.
- The Reset Team employees, when communicating with a person with a disability, will do so in a manner that takes into account the person’s disability
