Scope:

Full demolition of existing store, full build of new store

This new store build for Bell Canada is located in a prestigious downtown shopping centre in South Toronto. The project involved de-commissioning an existing retail space by taking it to the bare walls before re-building with the following elements:

  • New electrical and data
  • Trenching of floors
  • Window glazing
  • Fire suppression
  • Plumbing and HVAC
  • New flooring, walls and ceilings

The Reset Team also provided installation of the folding door systems and threshold flooring consistent with mall standards. Our fixture installation service were used to place all the millwork displays, store fixtures, light boxes and signage.
