Who is The Reset Team?
We help Canada’s biggest brands, and retailers put their best foot forward! Our specialized teams of retail merchandisers and store fixture installers work on retail projects across the country.
We’ve supported Canadian retailers since 2009 with retail merchandising, store fixture installation, sign and graphic placement, site audits, and national rollouts. When it comes to retail, The Reset Team has it covered!
What is a Fixture Installer?
As a fixture installer you’ll work in a team to receive and unload shipments, assemble and place store fixtures and retail displays, move or deconstruct existing fixtures, complete resets and remodels, clean and place shelves, and you could end up doing heavy projects like setting warehouse racking.
Our most successful store fixture installers have the following in common:
- Familiarity with a variety of store fixtures including gondola, warehouse rack, and displays
- Experience building and installing fixtures in big box retailers
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs, capable of standing, bending, reaching, and lifting continuously for long periods of time
- Experience with various hand and power tools
What’s the Dress Code?
As one of our store fixture installers, you will wear a black TRT branded shirt, jeans or dark pants, and steel-toed shoes. In some instances, you may be required to wear a safety vest, hard hat, or other PPE (personal protective equipment).
What are the Hours?
Hours depend on the specific store fixture project, but can vary between 8 and 40 hours per week. Some projects have flexible hours, but most work takes place overnight while the retailers are closed (many shifts start at 9pm and end at 6am). Get in touch with one of our recruiters to see which fixture installation project would be a good fit for you!
